my therapist for 2.5 years is leaving at the end of the month. i am absolutely heartbroken. i'm going to start seeing the psychMD who actually developed a special treatment for BPD, dynamic deconstructive psychotherapy - it's what my current MD has been using and i think it's working so far.

it's proven and everything. big gun in the psych world, i guess. a little intimidating. the ability of my brain to conjure up ways this could go wrong is pretty amazing. i can think of 30 ways of embarrasment and failure in 30 seconds. shame i can't use my brain skills for good.
