i ended therapy (both group and individual) less than a month ago. i'd been in therapy for YEARS and i wanted to give it a shot without it. my last indiv therapist works on a time limited basis (1 year) so rather than start over with someone new i'm giving it a go.

i'm wondering if that was the best idea. i was feeling strong for a week or two but now i'm feeling pretty wobbly. work stress has gone up big time and that wave of anxiety is starting to climb its way up my throat and closing it off to food. i get so nervous about work, but as soon as i decide to skip lunch, i feel a little better. charting calories helps me breathe. i feel justified taking a break if i'm working out.
