monday was my birthday.

i'm 29. one before thirty.

i've been feeling reflective and depressed, as is usual on my birthday. some good, so much bad. where am i, where is my life going.

i'm nowhere near where i want to be. i'm almost thirty and i'm still a child. my body is a mess, my mind is a mess, my heart is a mess.

but i have a good job and a husband that loves me. that's something.
