i taught my first class tonight. it was fun! i was so nervous, but i think i did ok, there was only one brain fart and i think i covered it up fairly well. they couldn't believe it was my first class ever. i think that's a good sign. i teach again on saturday.

on the way home from class i broke out into a big smile and let pride fill my body. i can't remember the last time i felt proud of myself. it was an awesome feeling.

it's pretty much official: i can't purge in my new apartment. at least one roommate is here practically at all times, so i need to be much more careful about what i eat here. i ate a little too much when i got home and was practically climbing the walls not being able to purge. i can't let that happen again. better to not eat at all.

i'm going back to vegan. i went back to vegetarian because vegan was so difficult, but i'm ready to give it another go. i ate the least and felt the best on a vegan diet and i think i'm a little more experienced this time around so it should be a better experience.
