i'm getting there...

only four more pounds until i'm at my lowest weight. that's the one thing i'm excited about...i should be losing more but honestly there's something about unemployment that makes me not want to move at all...or perhaps it's one of my diagnoses talking...

you'd think once your bad feelings had a name, it would be easier to deal with. it's identified, other people see it, not just you...but i don't feel that way...i have this laundry list of disorders and nothing seems clearer. and a mish mash of symptoms of aforementioned disorders that aren't changing - they're not getting better.

so i guess giving them a name doesn't really do a damn thing.
