ok. sunday. one week down.

in the last week i've lost 10.5 pounds.

i can fucking live with that. of course it was all just de-bloating, and now the real work begins. i had my weekly binge today - ick. someday my "binges" will consist of 400 calories. but not today. if i could just keep the vegan integrity then it would be a lot easier. perhaps another week on schedule will help my motivation. but it is good to have a higher day every once in awhile to keep the metabolism in order. unfortunately i may pay the price tomorrow morning, but i've been drinking a ton of water/tea so maybe i'll piss out some of the bloat.

seeing as how i'm not scheduled to teach until thursday, i've decided to not work out between now and then (except for my scheduled personal training tomorrow afternoon). i'm going to do a nice little fast for monday-thursday afternoon. it won't be a real fast because i'll be allowed certain things, but i think it's just the thing to really focus myself. and i'm so close to my next goal!!!! this could push me over! and the stretch of not working out will be perfect - i don't have to worry about having enough energy - awesome!

so, for the next 3.5 days, i will be allowed:

apples
lo-cal soup
coffee/diet soda/SF redbull/steaz
SF candy/gum
saltines
