i am re-engaged! t gave me roses last night and my ring was inside one of them. i'm very happy about it - but i feel a little weird too - like other people will think i'm a flake- and take bets if a wedding will really happen or roll their eyes and be like "here we go again" i'm excited but i feel like the first time was my time to be excited and now i shouldn't make a big deal or anything...but i am happy about it.

does anyone know anything about deconstructive therapy? my MD said we'll be switching from psychodynamic therapy to deconstructive therapy and i've tried to look it up but i can't really find anything on the internet...
