GOD. what the hell is WRONG with me!!?

i got home yesterday afternoon after a class i had to go to...traveling was pretty scary and treacherous but once i was back home i felt ok. so i go in the house and t's there and we chit chat and i start putting away dishes in the dish rack, and he says something like "oh those aren't quite dry yet."

and then - i fucking EXPLODE in rage. i start throwing things, everything in sight - throw them against the wall, at the sink, at the floor...screaming and screaming i don't know what...running into our room and bawling myself to exhaustion and then passing out.

what the hell was THAT? yes, i have had periods of rage before, but i can feel them building - this was just straight out of hell, 0 - 60 in one second...and might i add, for no goddamn reason...

i'm so sick of this. i'm sick of myself.
