i really don't know what's going on - i haven't had any alcohol in two weeks (super big yay) but my mood is not stabilizing AT ALL like they promised it would.

i feel like asking for a refund.

last night was awful. usually cutting for me is a slow, soothing experience. not this time. it was an angry, slashing, hateful experience.
